Requirements:
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent certificate. Two years in a hospital environment. Prepare to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prepared to work in various areas within Patient Affairs, that is, Records and Admitting Department. Be prepared to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of public service prescriptions and other policies. Ability to work independently. Computer literacy (certificate) is essential and PAAB experience will be added as a bonus.
Homework :
Be responsible for filing the medical records of patients at the hospital. Make sure files are retrieved based on reservation request and control card request. Make sure that all the recovered patient files are recorded in the registries, that is, incoming and outgoing registries. Assist in the implementation of the archive plan based on the strategic objectives of the department. Ensure effective and efficient deletion of inactive patient files as prescribed. Make sure patient files are collected at various points of service and returned to the records department. Make sure the Records Department meets patient wait times per quality assurance requirements. Admission and registration of patients in PAAB System or Manual System. Preparation of GPF Forms. Patient billing and revenue collection for the hospital. Perform cashier duties and collect at the end of the shift. Update the classification of patients (Hospitals and Private) according to the UPFS. Capture data on TPH31A and TPH31 and GPR01 termination during GPF downtime and termination. Previous reservation of patients and assistance in another delegated supervisor.
