Trustee position as trustee of the trust, has opened in a well-established trust company in Somerset West. The successful candidate must be a well presented, self-motivated, punctual individual who loves administration.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
• Grade 12 – Senior National Certificate.
• Outstanding management and accurate typing skills. Computer Literate (outlook, word & excel)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative position. No criminal record.
• South African citizens only.
• Previous experience in the trust or trust environment will be an advantage.
• Your vehicle and a valid driver’s license (code B (8) are essential.
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.

• Manage an effective filing system
• Keep data and tracking systems up to date
• Link between clients, Master of the High Court and other service providers Working independently and under pressure
• Good time management Good communication skills and attention to detail
• General reception and secretarial duties
• Writing and preparation of documents relating to the administration of trusts. General administration of ad hock relating to trusts
