AFRIMAT SHIFT SUPERVISOR Cape Lime, a division of Afrimat, that produces Dolomite Proiducts, have a career opportunity for the above-mentioned position in Robertson. Cape Lime is seeking a hand-working and enthusiastic individual to join the team at Robertson. Frospective applicants should nate the following: Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications Minimum Code 8 driving license Must have experience as supervisor. Must be able to work independently and under pressure. Excellent Supervisory skills and experience Excellent computer skills Duties and Tasks: Production experience combined with supervision and marnagement skills Maintain professional workmanship standards at all times Supervise and assist Operators to carry out their duties effectively Pro-actively support and participate in safety, health and environmental initiatives Complete required legal manthly inspections and maintain the required SHE system Use personal protective equipment in accordance with risk assessments and company policies Maintain a high standard of housekeeping Work avertime when required, provided such a requirement is reasonable and within the law.
