MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXP
Salary: R 5 000.00 CTC per month
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Responsibilities and work duties:
• Answer incoming calls and answer customer emails
• Management and resolution of customer complaints
• Identify and report problems to supervisors
• Search for the required information using available resources
• Search, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document and alert the management team about trends in customer calls
• Follow-up of customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other tasks assigned
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research any problems and provide solutions and / or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to sell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Track all conversations in our call center database in an understandable way
Call center agent qualifications and skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Expertise in relevant computer applications
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Excellent listening skills, verbal and written communication
• Ability to properly manage the stressful situation
