Qurius is a South African company that uses marketing, data science and relationship management to help international companies run effective campaigns.
They have contact centers in Durban and, through their partnership with the BPO Skills Academy and the National Skills Fund, they are expanding their operation to the Western Cape.
Qurius is the host employer for these 100 Call Center Apprenticeships.
The call center learning will involve overseas sales, primarily for vehicle and home insurance. However, workers will also be exposed to the sale of data, voice and fiber services.
Qurius claims that it is the beginning of a professional career to become a team leader, sales specialist, manager, or quality assurance agent.
Workers will earn a stipend of R3 750 and unlimited commission (average is R2000 – R4000 extra per month).
