Work description
Citi South Africa is looking for graduates to join our One Year Apprenticeship Program. The one-year program provides exposure and hands-on work experience to newly qualified college graduates in various Citi businesses.
Graduates can apply for permanent positions in the year and are also sponsored a postgraduate degree during their working year, relevant to their area of work.
About the program:
As a graduate, you will go through a lengthy interview process and, if successful, you will be placed in one of the following business areas:
Operations and technology
Finance
Treasury and trade solutions
Risk
Investment banking
Corporate banking
Corporate finance
Other banking areas
Global Markets
Human Resources
Requirements:
Bachelor / Diploma with a GPA of 65% or higher (any field)
o Master’s degree (any field)
Competencies:
Commitment to personal growth and professional development, a strong desire to learn, and success in team settings.
Knowledge of the national or global business landscape (preferred, but not required)
Strong communication, planning and organization skills.
Analytical and quantitative skills
Desire to develop in-depth knowledge of the financial industry.
