CNC Programmer / CNC Setter

3-6 month project, could become permanent for the right person *
REQUIREMENTS: *
⁻ Commercial Test Installer and Tool & Die Turner / Maker
⁻ CNC training courses
⁻ Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a CNC machinist.
⁻ Essential CAD modeling expertise.
⁻ Experience in CAM programming essential.
⁻ Expert in operating CNC machinery and tools, as well as precision measuring tools.
⁻ Ability to read and interpret documents and mechanical drawings.
⁻ Computer expert.
⁻ Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
⁻ You must have an obsession for details.
WORK DESCRIPTION:
⁻ Design, NC programming, machine controls, job preparation, manufacturing and inspection of advanced engineering and high-tech parts
⁻ Supervise / coordinate / plan / integrate multidisciplinary and diverse design tools, machining strategies, methods and resources.
⁻ Design job-specific accessories, machine upgrades, and ergonomic production hardware
⁻ Analyze problems and divide them into their components.
⁻ Work on 3-axis CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, and manual milling.
⁻ Take responsibility for manufacturing parts to specified tolerances.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:
You must have experience in state-of-the-art fast-motion manufacturing and packaging machines, parts design, and in-house engineering.
Must have experience in * Heidenhein CNC control * and * Siemens NX technology *
