Data entry clerk
We are looking for a focused data entry clerk to continually update our company databases. The data entry clerk will report directly to the IT manager.
Data entry clerk responsibilities:
• Create accurate spreadsheets.
• Enter and update information in relevant databases.
• Make sure data is backed up.
• Inform the relevant parties about the errors found.
• Handle additional tasks from time to time.
Data entry clerk requirements:
• Matric.
• More than 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel (you will be given an assessment if shortlisted).
• Advantageous Dot-Active experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to concentrate for long periods and perform accurately at the appropriate speed.
• Competent typing skills.
