REQUIREMENTS:
◾ An ABET certificate. One (1) to two (2) year experience.
◾ Knowledge of gardening equipment and appliances.
◾ Knowledge of the lawn care process.
Knowledge of the pruning and clearing process and techniques.
◾ Be willing to work shifts, work overtime, and perform reservation duties, including on weekends and holidays.
HOMEWORK:
◾ The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Cleaning and maintaining
land and repair tools and structure such as construction, hand fencing and
Electric tools.
◾ Mix or spread fertilizers by hand or with automatic sprinklers or spreaders.
◾ Provide proper maintenance to sides, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other terrain features.
◾ Maintain existing grounds / gardens by caring for lawns, plants, and trees.
◾ Rake leaves and mulch water plants and
lawns.
◾ Sweep hallways in parking lots, clean floors in buildings by sweeping, washing floors, and cleaning windows.
◾ Execute minor and major civil maintenance work on land, dams, access roads, fences, buildings and other satellite schemes
and dams.
◾ Willing to work overtime when necessary.
◾ Willing to receive formal and informal training.
◾ Willing to spend time away from home.
