REQUIREMENTS: level 1 or 2 (Abet level 2 certificate or equivalent).
DUTIES: Effective logistics services for meetings and workshops. Inventory control: inventory list update. Clean and wash the dishes in the premises. The kitchens are always kept neat and clean. Cleaning of refrigerators and microwaves. Clean utensils and kitchen equipment. Provide restoration support services. Keep a stock of kitchen utensils and equipment. Apply hygiene and safety measures. Maintain quality control measures for all food provided. Garbage Disposal Removal. Prepare food, snacks, and beverages (water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and cold beverages. Install and transport crockery, silverware, and equipment to dining areas. Serve food and beverages. Responsible for food supplies and report waste and losses.
