• Filing legal declarations on time, with related payments
• Performance management
• Job descriptions for all roles and, consequently, all staff members.
• KPI agreement established for all staff
• Ensure that management conducts monthly reviews of new staff during probationary periods.
• Ensure that management conducts quarterly reviews of all personnel.
• Management of disciplinary processes
• Coordination and management of personnel disciplinary processes
• Deal with CCMA / labor court matters on behalf of the company
• Handling of ad hoc human resources problems with complaints, grievances, etc. of the staff.
• Time and attendance are important
• Report internally and externally
• BBE certification
