A resume is used to apply for an entry level job, graduate jobs in most cases and is one page nothing more. Employers aren’t trying to sift through piles and piles of pages, if so move on.
A CV on the other hand can consist of more than 2 pages normally used to apply for senior or senior positions and has more than one page due to the nature of these positions.
Your CV is what makes your employer want to meet you, first impressions last !!
