Momentum Life is seeking a customer focus and a determined Service Agent Intern joins our Fastlane team. As a Service Agent Intern, you will be introduced to the various customer interaction processes and practices associated with the Momentum product range to effectively contribute to MMH’s strategic goals.
Their role will focus on interacting with key stakeholders, including clients and / or intermediary networks and service providers, both by phone and electronically (email). In your role as a service agent intern, your voice and dedication to service excellence will be the personal connection in a world centered on our customers.
This position is based out of our headquarters in Centurion.
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
Write thoughtful, personalized email and phone responses for a variety of customer needs.
Schedule appointments for the client’s insurance doctors.
Conduct and complete medical and non-medical telephone questionnaires.
Maintain an active engagement with customers and act quickly across multiple engagement platforms.
Contribute to the achievement of the established team objectives.
Take responsibility for managing financial and reputational risks as a result of interactions with internal and external clients. •
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Relevant title or qualification
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry.
