A fast growing small printing company is looking to hire a receptionist / office assistant.
- The candidate must be a vibrant, organized young professional and have good relationships with clients.
- The driver’s license is essential.
- You must know basic accounting practices, however you will be given training in computer software.
- You MUST have computer skills – Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel will be a great asset.
- Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans. Work description • Answer the switchboard, take messages if necessary.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone or on site
• Data capture (purchase invoices and receipts)
• To send e-mails
• Contact the accountant or business banker when necessary.
• Control and follow up on insurance claims.
