SAMNET: 2021 Bursary Program

The South African Muslim Network (SAMNET) invites suitable candidates for the scholarship program for 2021.
SAMNET BURSARY FUND was formed after receiving many requests from the community to assist students with financial difficulties who were unable to finance their studies in the fields of media studies, journalism, political science and other related fields.
Fields of study:
Communications
Journalism
Media Studies
Political Science
and other related fields
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum admission criteria before applying (please note that failure to comply with all requirements will result in the application not being considered):
South African citizen
Matric completed
Studying or intending to study in one of the above fields of study
Studying or intending to study at a recognized tertiary institution in South Africa
You are in financial need and are unable to pay for your studies
Suitable for Zakat
The scholarship will only cover the cost of university fees.
