We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator / Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, planning and organization skills. The successful candidate to join our team must be energetic, vibrant, and have an impeccable work ethic. The responsibilities of this publication:
Answer phone calls, send emails, for all companies represented in the Group. · Communicate with potential customers and provide correct information. · Managing the head office, making sure potential and existing clientele are well served. Assist in the compilation and submission of RFQs / bids / proposals / briefings. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position, professionalism is of fundamental importance. You must know Microsoft Office at an advanced level (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) An administrative / business administration qualification is advantageous. Must be proficient in speaking / writing English. Preference will be given to those residing in the North Durban areas. Driver’s license an added bonus. Be willing to travel out of town.
