Responsibilities
Capture / Review All Transactions – Capture, process and review all transactions in the accounting system (QuickBooks) for FHI360 on a monthly basis.
Bank Reconciliations – Perform / review monthly reconciliation of all FHI360 bank accounts.
Payments – Verify, upload and process all FHI360 related payments submitted to Finance department on a weekly basis in accordance with HAR’s financial and administrative policies and procedures.
Budgeting – Implement, review and monitor the budgeting process for FHI360 on a monthly basis in conjunction with the Senior Program Manager.
Financial report of the sub-awardee (SFR): preparation and submission of timely monthly SFR to FHI360 and response to inquiries from FHI360
Audits – Take necessary actions, including gathering, reviewing, and preparing supporting information for audits. (Both donors required audits, annual financial audits or any ad-hoc audit)
Financial reports: preparation of quarterly financial information and narrative reports for HAR Management and FHI360
Cost Sharing – Review, monitor and submit the Cost Sharing Report for FHI360 on a quarterly basis together with the Senior Program Manager. (Both donors required audits, annual financial audits or any ad-hoc audit)
Administrative Support: Provide administrative (finance related) support to the CFO as needed and on an ad-hoc basis.
