Johannesburg: switchboard operator position available to perform the following functions;
- Answer and control incoming phone calls quickly and professionally.
- Manage the reception in an efficient and professional way.
- Make timeless calls as needed, forward calls to relevant parties, and provide relevant information as needed,
- Attention to telephone inquiries and supply of relevant information to internal and external clients,
- Take and distribute messages effectively and completely,
- Control access to the administration office,
- Receive, record, distribute and transmit faxes on a daily basis,
- Receive and direct visitors as needed,
- and all other general office administrative duties as needed and directed Job requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - National Certificate N6 in Management Assistant,
- 1 or 2 years of suitable experience,
- The telephone label,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
