Work description
We are offering a 12-month apprenticeship program in which selected applicants will attend classroom training combined with hands-on work experience on the job in our collections team.
In addition to a qualification combined with relevant work experience, the successful applicant will also gain business, personal and technical call center skills that they can use throughout the company and throughout their career path.
Call center students will:
Attend required training interventions and successfully complete proficiency assessments.
Meet all the requirements to successfully complete the Call Center Operations Certificate
Submit a portfolio of evidence
Be an active and contributing member of the Early Stage Collections team, resolving Collections inquiries over the phone to meet the company’s Collections goals.
Role responsibilities:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls
Rehabilitate accounts efficiently and professionally.
Advise clients on inquiries related to products, legislation and accounts.
To achieve customer satisfaction at all times
Execute customer instructions efficiently and timidly.
Act on the administrative requirements related to customer account management.
Requirements:
Matrix Certificate / Grade 12
Be unemployed for at least 3 months (this should preferably be your first job)
Be between 18 and 30 years old.

Commitment to spend 12 months in the apprenticeship program with Tenacity
A strong work ethic
Ability to work shifts / weekends
You should not be currently studying – full / part time
