Duties and responsibilities:
Practice and practice management
Manage records and meeting management of the Short Learning Program (SLP).
Use of the SLP policy and process.
Management of contracts for the offer of SLP.
Financial administration
Draft budgets relevant to the SLP offering.
Employ UFS financial policies with respect to the SLP offering.
Employ UFS policies regarding the conclusion of contracts for the offering of SLP.
Marketing
Signage and Branding.
Prepare a strategic marketing plan for the SLP office.
Implement marketing plan.
Manage the marketing plan.
Ensure the use of digital marketing.
Understand the SLP environment and the feasibility of programs.
Carry out market analysis for the SLP offer.
Program Development / Management
Help academic entities identify opportunities for a viable SLP.
Help academic entities in the development of SLP.
Assist academic entities in the SLP approval and registration process.
Inherent requirements:
A bachelor’s degree (NQF 7).
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience related to duties and responsibilities, in a higher education setting.

Recommendations:
Experience in the lifelong learning environment, SETA, or professional bodies will be beneficial.
Experience in contract management and customer relations will be most beneficial.
Experience working with Marketing and Social Media platforms.
